Flight Training Coordinator jobs in Lewiston, ME

This is an 100% onsite position.

The position of Training Coordinator is within our Infectious Disease Developed Markets Business Unit located at Westbrook, Maine.

This job description will be reviewed periodically and is subject to change by management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop and execute training programs including written materials (Lesson Plans, Procedures, Handbooks/Manuals and Standard Work Instructions), pre and post assessments, testing and evaluation and gap analysis.
• Reviews, evaluates, and modifies existing and proposed programs; recommends appropriate changes.
• Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the value added impact of training on employee skills and performance.
• Support training coordination.
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
• Support the production training activities as needed.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization from Production to Management, both verbally and in writing, including preparing presentations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

• Bachelor?s Degree in business or related technical degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bi-Lingual (French/Portugese)
• 2 years of experience in training environment
• Create, curate, and facilitate learning materials, resources, and content to support various training programs ensuring an interactive and learner-focused approach.

COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently with moderate supervision.
• Ability to work collaboratively and building strategic relationships with coworkers.
• Working knowledge of training requirements required by regulatory agencies.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $32.00 per hour
