The Registration Training Coordinator will:
The Education Coordinator works with Admissions and Registration management to design and build education curriculum. Conducts end-user training in the utilization of new systems, upgrades new or modified workflows. Also, responsible for developing and maintaining training materials, scheduling classes, recording attendance, conducting competency assessments, and reinforcement training. Works collaboratively with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent work experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of registration and medical insurance processes including proficiency in related software and medical terminology and familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills and ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in collecting and entering data into hospital systems.
• Effective leadership and team coordination skills including problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
