Flight Training Coordinator researches and develops flight training programs for an organization. Develops methods and materials for training, including classroom, computer, and simulator sessions. Being a Flight Training Coordinator may coordinate training with external vendors. Must stay abreast of FAA regulations and determine relevancy to company employees. Additionally, Flight Training Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
