We are currently looking to fill a Technical Training Coordinator position. Regeneron manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. The Technical Training Coordinator administrates and manages Regeneron’s Learning Management System to ensure training is deployed and recorded in adherence to GMP training practices and procedures.
As a Technical Training Coordinator , a typical day might include the following:
Review both paper and electronic training forms to ensure good documentation practices; may result in coordination and communication between the business for necessary documentation corrections
Run daily reports to confirm what trainings are being assigned to the business and prioritize accordingly
Build, modify, and send training assignments using Regeneron’s Learning Management System (LMS)
Transcribe data from both paper and electronic forms into the LMS to document training completions and requests
Contribute and/or lead various Tech Training projects to continuously improve the overall Regeneron Training program and procedures
Provide support in creating and revising internal written procedures
Build and analyze training reports and provide support to internal audits, inspections, and unexpected/abnormal training event investigations as required
Be a customer support liason for various training requests and queries that come through our IT ticket management system
Be knowledgeable of day-to-day operations and procedures

You are familiar with general use of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, etc. in addition to having experience working within shared work environments.
To be considered for the Technical Training Coordinator you should have an Associates Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience along with the minimum years of experience for each level below. We highly prefer background and experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical industry including project management related experience.
Technical Training Coordinator II: 2 years
Technical Training Coordinator III: 4 years
Technical Training Coordinator IV: 6 years
Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
