Key Responsibilities:
Client Education: Provide detailed information to clients about the benefits and principles of floatation therapy.
Explain the floatation process, addressing any concerns or questions clients may have.
Customize recommendations based on individual needs and preferences.
Consultation: Conduct pre-float consultations to assess clients' goals and expectations.
Offer personalized guidance on session duration, float tank settings, and post-float activities.
Adapt communication style to ensure clients feel comfortable and informed.
Customer Service: Ensure a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive and client-focused attitude.
Sales and Promotion: Actively promote True REST Float Spa memberships, packages, and promotions.
Encourage repeat business through the provision of exceptional service and the demonstration of the value of floatation therapy.
Float Room Maintenance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in floatation rooms.
Conduct pre- and post-float room checks to ensure equipment is in optimal condition.
Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of client preferences, feedback, and session details.
Utilize software systems for appointment scheduling and client information management.
Training: Stay informed about the latest research and developments in floatation therapy.
