A two-time "Best of Nashville" winner and MindBody Visionary, Pure Sweat Studios is Nashville's premier infrared sauna float studio, cultivating a wellness culture through its distinct offerings, retail, programs events, and community partnerships, providing a one-of-a-kind experience in Nashville.

You will be a voice at the table and work in tandem with the leadership team across all aspects of the business, including operations, sales, marketing, and partnerships. This position also provides growth opportunities as the business expands locally nationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Seasoned experience within client services, retail operations, while cultivating a positive rewarding work culture
• Demonstration to execute on strategies goals
• Experience working within wellness, retail, fitness or hospitality
• Brings creative ideas solutions to the table and knows how to "make things happen"
• Strong communications - leading memberships, retail, and Studio events
• Strong organizational skills - attention to detail
• MindBody or booking software experience

Compensation:

• Pay is commensurate with experience, and we believe in rewarding good work and nurturing growth
• Membership Sales Bonuses
• 10% commission on retail
