Float Manager manages and leads a group of float analysts. Oversees information regarding float activities within an organization. Being a Float Manager designs and implements necessary process changes to speed check processing and reduce float time. Stays abreast of laws enacted by the Federal Reserve to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Additionally, Float Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Float Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Float Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. NP/PA - General-Specialty Surgery Pool
Under direction of individually assigned Physician, per diem Program Coordinator or Designee, perform a wide variety of patient care and related duties both within and in support of Southcoast Physicians Group. Employee is available to work an average of one shift per month as determined by the Program Coordinator. Shift assignment is not guaranteed. Provide functional or technical supervision over employees in the same or closely related classification.

Hours: 20 hours
Shift: 10 hours every Sunday & Wednesday - 7A-5P - plus 1 holiday per year
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus and provide required vaccination documentation unless approved for an exemption or deferral by Southcoast prior to starting employment.
