Being a Float Manager designs and implements necessary process changes to speed check processing and reduce float time. Stays abreast of laws enacted by the Federal Reserve to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Additionally, Float Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Float Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Float Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     **Job Responsibilities:**

    The General Manager builds and supervises a team that achieves Little Caesars goals of customer satisfaction, sales and profitability and operates the restaurant according to company standards and procedures.


    The General Manager receives direction and training from the District Manager. During each shift, the General Manager motivates, directs and coaches colleagues to work proficiently at their assigned stations, and then follows-up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, according to Little Caesars procedures.


    The General Manager is responsible for supervising all team members including those under the age of 18 years old. The General Manager will ensure the restaurant is prepared to meet the needs of guests and will work diligently to ensure each guest is satisfied with the service and products they receive.


    The General Manager supports the District Manager and is responsible for building sales and controlling costs by using all cost-control tools and processes. The General Manager also trouble shoots operational problems and finds acceptable solutions.
