Float Manager jobs in Springfield, OR
Float Manager manages and leads a group of float analysts. Oversees information regarding float activities within an organization. Being a Float Manager designs and implements necessary process changes to speed check processing and reduce float time. Stays abreast of laws enacted by the Federal Reserve to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Additionally, Float Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Float Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Float Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Here's the job details!
- Greets & checks in guests
- Talks guest through the float experience
- Cleans & prepares float suite for next guest
- Maintains highest level of cleanliness throughout the float center
- Responds to emails, calls, and texts
- Answers any questions on the membership options
- Sell gift cards, packages, and memberships
Basically listening to people and talking with them. Floating is a unique experience and people float for lots of reasons; from anxiety relief to physical recovery. The most important part of Easy Float are the people.
COLD PLUNGE & Sauna are new additions to the Easy Float line up and there is a ton of excitement around the potential of feeling great!
Looking for a reliable person for weekend & and evening help. Our shifts are from 8:30am-3pm & 3pm-9:00pm.

IMPORTANT: This is a WEEKEND position, please only apply if your availability permits weekend shifts, there is going to be some weekday am shifts available too, but evenings/weekends is required. Thank you!
