Float Manager manages and leads a group of float analysts. Oversees information regarding float activities within an organization. Being a Float Manager designs and implements necessary process changes to speed check processing and reduce float time. Stays abreast of laws enacted by the Federal Reserve to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Additionally, Float Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Float Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Float Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. This PRN FLOAT Phlebotomist opportunity is Part time 25 hours per week. Located at 1946 N. 13th St, Ste 301. Toledo, Ohio 43604 (Potential Hours you will work-Monday- Friday 7 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm.
Every other Saturday, 8 : 00 am to 12 : 00 pm)
In this role, you will :
Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.Collect / prepare non-blood specimens.
Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
All you need is :
High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious phlebotomy training or experienceExcellent communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer and data entry skills
