Job Overview: As a Front Desk Clerk, you're not just a receptionist—you're the sunshine that greets our guests and sets the tone for their experience at the spa. Needed days & hours:

• Friday & Saturday: 10 hours shift
• Sundays: 7 - 8 hour shift

Your Mission:

• Be the smiling face that welcomes guests into our tranquil space, setting the tone for their escape from the everyday hustle and bustle.
• Master the art of multitasking as you juggle phone calls, bookings, and walk-ins with finesse, all while maintaining your cool.
• Maintaining pristine reception & service areas.
• Dive into the depths of our booking system to ensure every guest's experience flows smoothly.
• Become a fountain of knowledge about our array of spa services, from massages to float therapy, and help our guests find their perfect slice of relaxation.
