Floor Assembler operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures. Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units. Being an Floor Assembler tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards. May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels. Additionally, Floor Assembler keeps daily assembly production records. Maintains a clean and organized work environment. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Floor Assembler works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. PURPOSE
This position is responsible for the creative workflow process for cashiering, handling product returns, performing basic cash office functions, and providing every customer with an exceptional shopping experience.
In addition, this position is responsible for training and developing Customer Service Associates.

PHYSICAL / SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Medium Work - Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
