Floor Assembler jobs in Wichita Falls, TX
Floor Assembler operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures. Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units. Being an Floor Assembler tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards. May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels. Additionally, Floor Assembler keeps daily assembly production records. Maintains a clean and organized work environment. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Floor Assembler works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. - Love to tinker and build stuff, and are experienced in assembling grills, patio furniture etc.
- Enjoy working in home improvement stores
- Can travel to multiple stores in a region
- Have your own hand tools (cordless drill, basic hand tools, etc.)
- Can stand, kneel, and bend for several hours a day
- Can lift between 50 - 75lbs.
