Responsibilities: The Assembly Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring production activities are performed by assembly production team members. This includes coordinating activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals.  

Job Type: Full-Time located in Princeton KY

Core Responsibilities of our Production Supervisor:

• Role reports to Production Superintendent.
• Supervise Assembly Production Department.
• Sets expectations and priorities for assembly personnel.
• Coordinate activities for team to ensure safety, quality and productivity of assembly processes.
• Ensure all production resources are utilized to meet expectation of assembly department needs.
• Monitor work skills and certifications of operators to ensure a qualified well-trained work group.
• Technical or mechanical aptitude preferred. 
• Ability to build, inspire, motivate and mentor employees. 
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school and/or 4 or more year’s related experience and /or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
