Delivers training for new processes or equipment and onboard new employees. Additionally, Floor Assembly Supervisor conducts quality testing on completed assemblies to validate tolerances and product specifications. Reviews daily assembly production records to identify trends or potential performance issues. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager. This position requires a Key License from the South Dakota Commission on Gaming Or the ability to get one. The main goal of The Floor Supervisor is to oversee gaming staff including circulating among casino tables and observing operations to ensure that all stations and games are covered for each shift, and that everyone adheres to the rules of the games.
The Floor Supervisor is in charge on every shift and works directly with the management staff on duty. The Floor Supervisor has a wide range of general responsibilities on a day-to-day basis which may include supervision of all staff members in the absence of the management such as desk clerks, hotel staff, maintenance staff, bartenders, cocktail waitresses, blackjack dealers, restaurant staff, parking attendants, shuttle drivers, etc. You must be able to deal with employee issues and communicate with relevant managers. A current gaming license and name tag must be worn at all times.
The Floor Supervisor also represents the organization as a front line employee, greeting the customers with prompt, friendly customer service with a smile. Your ability to interact constructively with customers and staff will dramatically affect the success of the company.

Player Communications: Builds/maintains relationships with target players. Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling customer needs and concerns.
Teamwork:Collaborates with co-workers and all support departments to ensure player satisfaction. Communicates all relevant information to co-workers and management to maintain consistency and avoid potential problems. Work with team members to achieve common goals.
