Our customers range from an individual hobbyist to large retail and Fortune 500 companies.

As a Customer Service/Phones Sales Representative, you will be responsible for answering phones in a high-volume phone queue, helping customers find product and place orders, and provide customer service via email in a team effort environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Assist customers with placement of phone orders
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution (we utilize Zendesk for Customer Service)
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

• Knowledge of FLOOR JACKS and CYLINDERS/RAMS
• Knowledge of reading exploded view drawings
• Knowledge of using a CALIPER to measure with
• Ability to MEASURE HYDRAULIC SEALS
• Proven customer support experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent
