Floor Assembly Supervisor supervises a manufacturing production line that assembles fabricated parts. Creates daily work schedules, follows standard manufacturing procedures, and monitors work to meet product specifications and production targets. Being an Floor Assembly Supervisor resolves production problems and answers workers' questions about processes, methods, or equipment. Delivers training for new processes or equipment and onboard new employees. Additionally, Floor Assembly Supervisor conducts quality testing on completed assemblies to validate tolerances and product specifications. Reviews daily assembly production records to identify trends or potential performance issues. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members.     Essential Duties And Responsibilities
    include the following.
    • Other duties may be assigned.
    • Must have a good, sound knowledge of table procedures.
    • Excellent customer service knowledge of general information and comps. (i.e. dinners, concerts and entertainment)
    • Must have a knowledge of all procedures including fills, credits, bank rolls, marker play and irregularities.
    • Thorough knowledge of Internal Controls, title 31 and Louisiana Gaming Regulations.
    • Must have excellent leadership skills to supervise dealers.
    • Continued training sessions required.
    Supervisory Responsibilities
    Directly supervises up to 10 employees in the Table Games Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    Education And/Or Experience
    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3 years related experience and/or training.
    Language Skills
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
    Mathematical Skills
    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
    Reasoning Ability
    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
    Louisiana Gaming License, LACT and/or TIPS card required.

    Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established by Bally’s from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to Bally’s Attendance Policy. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes all shifts, weekends and holiday periods.
