Outside/In-Home Sales Job Details & Perks:

Outside/In-Home Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with referral partners by networking, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. You will also work closely with end-use customers in their homes, showcasing our products/services and providing an unparalleled customer experience.

What you need to succeed:
• 3-5 years of flooring sales experience
• Existing referral partners/relationships
• Competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• An interest in making a six-figure income and willingness to work to get it
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Possess values of integrity and honesty
• Computer literate
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence
• Desires to be part of a “family”
• Have a sense of urgency
• Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license

Compensation:
Seeking candidates that have the ability and desire to earn $80,000- $150,000 with a base commission structure.  We are not afraid to highly compensate successful salespeople, especially ones with existing referral partners or end use customers.
