Evaluates market volatility and ensures clients receive the best rate available. Being a Floor Broker requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and may require state licensure. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Floor Broker typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. The Role
We are looking for a Manager, Broker Success who drives incredible broker experiences by providing insurance expertise and relationship-centred, high-quality service. You will be there to listen, teach, and problem solve insurance opportunities with APOLLO’s broker partners via multiple mediums such as phone calls, livechat, and email. As the Manager, Broker Success, you will further collect feedback from brokers and work internally to optimize insurance products offered on the Exchange. As a driven, eager, and ambitious member of the APOLLO team, the Manager, Broker Success will be instrumental in achieving the company’s accelerated growth.
