Role Description

We’re seeking a full-time Business Broker in our Las Vegas/Henderson office, collaborating closely with our Reno team. As a Business Broker, your responsibilities will encompass identifying and assessing potential business sellers, preparing valuation reports, crafting marketing materials, conducting negotiations, and overseeing transactions.

Compensation

This position operates on a commission-only basis as an independent contractor. On average, our Business Brokers earn approximately $200,000 annually, with top performers surpassing $500,000. There are no caps to commission.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Brokerage and Business Valuation
• Strong understanding of business, finance, and related sectors
• Experience in business buying and selling
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
• Capacity to work independently and on a team setting
• Genuine dedication to assisting clients in attaining their business objectives
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or similar fields is advantageous
• Possession of professional certification such as Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) or Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) is beneficial.
