Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Broker to join our real estate team. As a Broker, you will be responsible for overseeing real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate administrative tasks, possess knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations, and have excellent organizational and communication skills. Multilingual or bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee real estate transactions from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Provide guidance and support to real estate agents throughout the transaction process
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and market trends
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Broker or similar role in the real estate industry
- In-depth knowledge of real estate administrative tasks and procedures
- Familiarity with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
