Floor Broker jobs in Salt Lake City, UT
Floor Broker receives buy and sell orders from clients or company executives and completes these orders on the securities trading floor. Evaluates market volatility and ensures clients receive the best rate available. Being a Floor Broker requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and may require state licensure. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Floor Broker typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. - Build relationships with sellers and buyers, understanding their needs and financial abilities to propose tailored solutions
- Act as a consultant, providing guidance and supporting clients through the marketing and purchasing process
- Conduct comparative market analysis to accurately estimate property values
- Promote listings through various channels such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Effectively communicate market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to clients
