Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Floor Technician proficient in stripping and waxing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in floor maintenance, particularly in commercial settings. As a Floor Technician at Triad Floor Restoration, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetics of our clients' floors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform stripping, waxing, and buffing of various types of floors including vinyl, tile, and hardwood.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and handling chemicals.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in floor maintenance, specifically in stripping and waxing.
• Proficiency in operating floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and wet vacuums.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the possibility of increased hours during peak seasons.
