As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service center and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the service center
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Supervise and mentor a team of automotive technicians and support staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating work shifts
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient computer skills
• Valid driver's license
