- Oversee daily operations of the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and supervise a team of floor staff, providing guidance and support
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process for new floor staff
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery
- Maintain inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Assist with cash handling and POS system operations as needed

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and experience with managing stock levels
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Basic cooking skills are a plus but not required
