    Opportunity: 

    We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our company at Life Surge. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a critical role in producing visually engaging marketing materials that promote our events, drive brand awareness, and increase ticket sales. Your designs will be integral to capturing the attention of our target audience and communicating the unique experiences our events offer.   

     

    Essential Duties:  

    • Creative Design: Conceptualize and create eye-catching and compelling graphic designs for various marketing channels, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, print materials, event signage, and promotional collateral.  

    • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across different marketing touchpoints.  

    • Event Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that effectively promote each event, highlighting key details, speakers, performers, and special features.  

    • Visual Storytelling: Use design elements, typography, and imagery to tell a compelling visual story that resonates with the target audience and communicates the essence of each event.  

    • Deadline Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.  

    • Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director, marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and incorporate necessary revisions.  

    • Industry Trends: Stay up to date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, infusing innovative ideas into your work.  

    • Photography and Image Editing: Utilize photography and image editing skills to enhance marketing materials with visually appealing images and graphics.  

    • Print Production: Prepare designs for print, ensuring artwork is print-ready and meets industry standards. 

     

    Qualifications and Experience Preferred:

    • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.  

    • Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including digital and print marketing materials. Event marketing-related projects or B2C retail experience is a plus.  

    • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant graphic design software.  

    • Design Principles: Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.  

    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.  

    • Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.  

    • Collaboration Skills: A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.  

    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
