Floral Designer designs and fashions live, cut, dried, and artificial floral and foliar arrangements for a variety of events. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Floral Designer is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Floral Designer performs a variety of complicated tasks. May direct and lead the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

*Selecting and arranging flowers and decorative items to create standard and customized floral arrangements. Serving in-store customers and processing payments. *Creating new and beautiful arrangements *creating wedding and prom flowers, corsage and bouquets *Coordinated floral designs for weddings and banquets. *Analyzed floral interpretations to create unique designs. *Displayed attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks. *Showed sensitivity to other's needs and feelings when dealing with funeral arrangements.
Qualifications

*must have 1 year experience in floral design *creativity and artistic background

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $11.00 - $18.00/hour.
