We are seeking a Customer Care and Delivery Person for a full-time position. We are especially interested in finding like-minded people with a passion for customer care, flowers, and a desire to grow with the business. This is a fast-paced environment so a strong work ethic and a healthy sense of urgency are vital.

Daily duties include tasks such as:

• Customer Care: Taking orders, answering questions, etc
• Assisting customers in retail space and over the phone
• Assisting in daily operations, very organized and detail-oriented
• Daily design room operations such as processing flowers, plant care, cleaning, putting out stock items, etc.
• Safely operate a delivery van or other designated vehicle
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle
• Verify the accuracy of delivery orders before departure
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Deliveries Local & Rural with Store Vehicle

J-J’s Floral Shop has been family-owned and operated since 1971. You will be working as a team to continue our stellar reputation in the community. Being able to maintain high standards and process constructive criticism is a must. Everyone on the team is responsible for making sure each gift that leaves our shop represents us well and the client’s vision to the best of our ability. Seeking strong team members who are comfortable maintaining excellence while being both quick and efficient.

A sample of working conditions includes:

• Continuous hand manipulation including grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine skills
• Reaching above the head and at shoulder level
• Standing and bending for 8 to 12 hours per day (possibly more during holidays)
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Driving up to 3 to 4 hours a day as needed

We are open 6 days a week. Seeking someone available to work Saturdays as needed. Understand that during the holidays are busy times for florists and we will need a strong team that can work as many hours as needed.
