Floral Designer designs and fashions live, cut, dried, and artificial floral and foliar arrangements for a variety of events. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Floral Designer is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. ```Duties```
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and funerals
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and designs for their needs
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, and other containers
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
- Ensure that all floral arrangements are completed in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
```Experience```
- Previous experience in floral design or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations
- Experience with e-commerce platforms for online sales is a plus
- Multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, is an asset for communicating with a diverse customer base
