Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for flowers and design to showcase their skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements based on their preferences and budget
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering suggestions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers according to established design principles
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system

Experience:
- Previous experience in floral design is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Familiarity with retail sales and customer service practices
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing and inventory management
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus

Skills:
- Strong artistic ability with an eye for color, texture, and composition
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of orders
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality arrangements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
