Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team working with 2-26 year olds in home, in the community, and in schools. All of Everybody utilizes a hybrid model of both in person and telehealth services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and possess a desire to learn and grow. BCBAs have extrememly flexible hours by making your own schedule!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct necessary assessments of clients including writing treatment plans for each client
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and visual supports as needed for clients
- Provide ongoing client care and behavioral health services including modifications to plans and re-authorization assessments and requests
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide regular parent trainings for clients
- Supervise and provide ongoing training for RBTs
- Maintain BCBA certification and KS and MO licenses
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques
- Ability to conduct client assessments effectively
