Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in technical sales, including knowledge of various electronic devices and software applications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, operating the POS system, and maintaining a clean sales floor. You will have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills, upselling products to increase revenue. Strong communication skills, time management, and technical sales knowledge are essential for success in this role. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
