• Lead and motivate the service team to consistently provide world-class service
• Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Florida Drivers License
• Strong Interpersonal and writing skills are a must
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
• Experience in Commercial and Residential Pool Service
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Applicants must pass criminal background checks, safe driving screening, and training
