Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (currently working OT during the week) with every other Saturday required.

The Roller/Folder will be responsible for the following duties:

- Must fold, package and load material to specifications

- Conforms to the proper reading and understanding of WTB production schedule and packing

- Performs visual inspections of fiber and finished rolls.  Removing all processed waste to its designated area

- Ensure knowledge of packaging materials and stock areas for each material

- Complies with all safety rules and regulations.  Refers any unresolved safety issues to the shift manager

- Ensures good housekeeping and organizational skills of production line

- Strong communication skills between employee and team members
