Folder Operator Assistant jobs in Reading, PA

We are seeking a skilled Backhoe Operator to join our team. As a Backhoe Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining backhoes to perform various excavation and construction tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Duties:

- Operate backhoes to excavate and move earth, rocks, and other materials

- Use backhoes to dig trenches, foundations, and holes according to project specifications - Load and unload materials using the backhoe's bucket or other attachments

- Perform routine maintenance on backhoes to ensure proper functioning

- Inspect equipment before each use to identify any issues or malfunctions

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Backhoe Operator or similar role

- Strong knowledge of backhoe operations and maintenance procedures

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 – 52 per week
