Overview:
Take the lead in creating exceptional experiences for fans at Sioux Falls Canaries as the Food & Beverage
Team Lead. This role is a unique opportunity to oversee and coordinate various aspects of food &
beverage, ensuring smooth execution during baseball games and events. If you're a dynamic leader with

Responsibilities:
- Overall Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of concession stand workers, cooks, bartenders, and other stadium staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment focused on delivering outstanding fan experiences.
Operations Coordination:
- Oversee the coordination and execution of all stadium operations before, during, and after events.
- Ensure efficient communication and collaboration among various teams to maintain seamless operations.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall fan experience, from concession services to in-stadium entertainment.
- Address customer feedback and continuously strive to improve services.
Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies to meet demand during events.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all staff and patrons.
- Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly, working collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders.
- Implement effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality, events, or sports industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to navigate and oversee operations throughout the stadium.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
