As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead our culinary and dining operations.

    Role Overview:

    As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You’ll oversee all aspects of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional quality, outstanding service, and seamless operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Menu Development: Lead creative food planning in resort-style hospitality operations that develops tasty offerings appropriate to the resort and catering menus
    • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and taste. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a skilled team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and excellence.
    • Guest Experience: Strive for excellence in guest satisfaction. Address feedback promptly and implement improvements based on guest preferences.
    • Financial Management: Create and manage budgets, monitor costs, and optimize revenue streams. Maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
    • Expense Management: Oversee all food and beverage purchasing information; invoices, contracts and receipts ensuring accurate record keeping and timely submittal of orders, documentation and (expense) reports
    • Event Coordination: Plan and execute special events, private parties, banquets and themed dining experiences.
    • Vendor Relations: Establish strong relationships with local suppliers to source fresh ingredients and unique products.
    • Wine and Beverage Program: Develop an impressive wine list and craft signature cocktails that complement our culinary offerings.
    • Hygiene and Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen and dining area.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in food and beverage management, preferably in luxury resorts or high-end restaurants.
    • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
    • Creativity: Passion for culinary trends, creativity in menu design, and a commitment to elevating the dining experience.
    • Business Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including cost control and revenue optimization.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
