Food & Beverage Director directs and oversees all aspects of the organization's food and beverage planning and service, with duties to include menu planning and costs, preparation and presentation of food and drinks, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Plans, coordinates, and oversees special events. Being a Food & Beverage Director may identify marketing opportunities to promote food and beverage products. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Food & Beverage Director typically reports to top management. The Food & Beverage Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.     The targeted compensation range for this full time year round, exempt position is $150,000-$170,000/year. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection and is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.

    • Develop and execute innovative food and beverage strategies.
    • Manage and inspire a talented team of culinary and service professionals.
    • Remain personally responsible for maximizing quality levels of product, service, and guest satisfaction.
    • Exceptional relationship-building skills with all stakeholders.
    • A thoughtful operator with an ability to manage both short and long-term financial objectives, adding value and managing outcomes through a balanced lens.
    • Maintain and champion the Auberge Resorts Collection culture.

    Qualifications
    • Three or more years experience in food and beverage operations.
    • Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and leading F&B teams.
    • Experience curating and executing creative events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail
    • Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports, and analysis.
    • Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
