The targeted compensation range for this full time year round, exempt position is $150,000-$170,000/year. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection and is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.

• Develop and execute innovative food and beverage strategies.
• Manage and inspire a talented team of culinary and service professionals.
• Remain personally responsible for maximizing quality levels of product, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with all stakeholders.
• A thoughtful operator with an ability to manage both short and long-term financial objectives, adding value and managing outcomes through a balanced lens.
• Maintain and champion the Auberge Resorts Collection culture.

• Three or more years experience in food and beverage operations.
• Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and leading F&B teams.
• Experience curating and executing creative events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail
• Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports, and analysis.
• Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
