    The Director of Food and Beverage will report to the Hotel Manager and forms part of the Hotel Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel.

    WHAT ARE YOUR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS?

    • Strategically oversee the operations of each F&B outlets (Taverna 37, Pelagos, Helios, Mercato, Aristotle’s, Kyma, Avra, In Room Dining, and Banqueting).
    • Oversee culinary and stewarding operations.
    • Promote product innovation and delivery as well as service offer for each outlet.
    • Build team capability, knowledge and resources to meet long term business objectives e.g. recruitment strategy; training system, career and succession planning.
    • Develop, oversee and trouble shoot day to day capacity planning and performance management e.g. work rotas, HR systems, disciplinary issues.
    • Work with sales and marketing and senior operations to develop and deploy a PR, sales and marketing strategy, ensuring each outlet is positioned to meet business objectives.
    • Monitor annual business plans and targets to achieve business objectives, as well as future guest trends and align F&B products and service offer.

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Previous Experience as a Division Head in a Luxury Hotel or Resort
    • Proficiency in Greek is preferred and English is a must
    • Highest level of integrity and transparency
    • Apply an ethical approach to the outcome of situations
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams
    • Reasonable problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
    • Elevated Leadership skills and experience in a multicultural environment
    • Ability to recognize and adapt to the fast-paced hotel operation .
