Overview
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the operation and staff of the restaurant to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency.
1. Ensure physical atmosphere and cleanliness of restaurant including tables and side stations. 2. Assist in maintaining a smooth-running operation.
6. Assist in inventory control. 7. Maintain service standards. 8. Responsible for daily paperwork including payroll, inventory, etc.
9. Assist staff with any problems that may occur. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Three years Fine / Casual restaurant experience.
One year supervisory experience. Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations. Well organized. Excellent customer service skills.
