This hands-on, energetic leader directly focuses and oversees the front of the house and service standards of the food and beverage outlets hotel-wide including restaurant, bar, in-room dining, poolside services, group dining and catering. With a thorough breadth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of dining operations, the Food & Beverage Manager or Director, will work hand-in-hand with the culinary team to devise business practices and solutions that result in consistently excellent service, quality products and a financial success. This individual monitors and manages all aspects of F&B and profitability while ensuring offerings are unique, enticing and forward thinking. Responsible for developing supervisory and managerial talent while ensuring proper oversight of line level staff.
