What you will need:

Responsible for overall management/supervision of all aspects of the food service and beverage operation including all facets of catering, the daily menu as well as any special events.

What you will do:

• Create, maintain and prepare food and beverage items/menu.
• Manage/supervise all catered special events.
• Oversee the inventory and ordering of product and supplies with vendors and ensure routine maintenance and upkeep of the food service equipment and facilities.
• Assist with all matters relating to snack bar employees - recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and staff engagement.
• Ensure a pleasant dining experience for all customers. Respond to customer complaints or inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
• Guarantee execution of all food service programs including proper ordering, production planning, product handling and display.
• Analyze, prepare and execute all action plans related to food service to identify strengths in food trends and identify areas of opportunity for profitability.

What you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work a minimum of 35-40 hours per week which includes all shifts, weekends and holidays based on business needs
• Serve Safe Certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum of two years experience in managing expenses, inventory and staff

Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 (Subject to change based on experience)
