JOB DESCRIPTION

Operates Diamond Woods Snack Shack/19th Hole during peak season (April - October), off season reduced hours. Includes: complete employee management, all product management, equipment operations, perform all janitorial duties for area and restrooms, manage/track inventory, operate POS systems, create and manage all promotional signage.

COMPENSATION:

$16 an hour plus a yearly bonus based on percentage of groos profits

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support

- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensure accuracy in transactions

- Coordinate food service activities, including menu planning, ordering, and inventory management

- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in dining areas

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales reports

- Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize workflow

- Utilize strong restaurant management skills to drive operational excellence

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in supervising staff within the food industry

- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures

- Strong culinary skills or experience as a cook is a plus

- Knowledge of food service management principles

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

- Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities for efficient operations

- Prior experience in shift management to ensure smooth daily operations
