Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is required
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and health regulations
- Proven experience in banquet operations, including planning and execution
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of kitchen management techniques, including inventory control and cost management
- Bartending experience is preferred but not required
