Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability. Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department - Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase profitability - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional service - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and specials - Oversee banquet events, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Maintain a safe and clean working environment Skills: - Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs - Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members - Solid understanding of hospitality management principles and practices - Knowledge of food industry regulations and compliance standards - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Proven track record in team management and leadership If you are a highly organized individual with a passion for the food industry, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $56,485.00 - $64,898.00 per year
