• Job Overview: The Food Service Server/Cashier We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic food server to oversee, enhance, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. The Food Server will maintain a positive and respectful relationship with team members, engage with guests in a professional, dignified manner, and inform management of potential service and product issues before they arise. It is considered essential personnel that contributes to the health and wellness of our patients and the community. • The Food Server will help with the setup with entrées, soups, and serve the customers in the Café. Apportions and places food servings in container. Examines food before placing on the serving line. Cleans and sanitizes workstations and counters. May brew coffee. Interacts with customers in the serving area. Complies with all HACCP policies and procedures. Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner. Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures. Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments. Attends training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated. This position also is trained as a Cashier and performs Cashier duties at times. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
