Food Server - Institution jobs in Fort Myers, FL

NO LATE NIGHTS and Great TIP AVERAGES!!! The Rooster Food and Drink is looking for friendly-professional, outgoing servers with Quick Breakfast High-Volume Experience. We are a scratch kitchen, and Chef owned restaurant that serves Breakfast and Lunch 7:00am-3:00pm daily. Early Mornings. Must have open availability. Must be available to work Saturday and Sundays. No late nights. We are looking for high-volume experience, multi-task and operate well on the floor as a Team player (must love Great food & mornings). Additional Requirements: Must complete safe serve (including an additional course on how to serve alcohol responsibly).

Drug free workplace/ environment

• Suggestive sell guest on food, drink and retail items
• Study and remain current on all fresh from scratch food and additional products available
• Greets and seats guest in an outgoing-friendly, timely manner
• Experience processing food and drink (which include alcoholic beverages) orders accurately on iPad
• Process all cash and cc payments
• Bussing and cleaning tables and clean as we go as a team
• Answer and taking to-go orders on phone and deliver services
• Some light expediting necessary and deliver food promptly
• Opening, closing and running side-work which include washing dishes, cleaning floors, sanitizing doors, checking restrooms, etc..
