Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and efficient environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before seating guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and provide accurate change
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with Toast or similar is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3.25 - $3.50 per hour
