Skills and experience you will bring to us:

• The Food server will effectively take guest orders in a timely manner. Ensures that beverage orders are taken within two minutes after guest is seated.
• Maintains complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items, their prices, method of preparation, and availability.
• Ensures that all guest orders are correct before service. Ensures that all sales are accounted for prior to presenting the check to the guest.
• Always uses FLAG Protocol when serving alcoholic beverages to guest under age 35.

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

• Previous tray or food server experience is mandatory.
• Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Tips certified.
