Food Service Director

Ultimate Healthcare is CMS 5-Star facility located in historic Owego NY and is a 77-bed offering skilled nursing and short-term rehab services. The facility located on the banks of the Susquehanna River offering stunning views and sounds of the river.

Ultimate Healthcare is accepting applications for Food Service Director.  Successful candidate’s prior experience/qualification to include but not limited to:

·         knowledge of regulatory compliance

·         food safety, sanitation and overall workplace standard a must.

·         Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, payroll management are required.

·         Duties include ordering and purchasing of food and equipment and planning menus and supervising staff.

·          Knowledgeable of production procedures, recipes, and therapeutic diets.

·         Certified Dietary Manager or equivalent certification

·         Safe Serve certification
